Aquí te dejo la traducción: "This was my first volunteering experience, and I had never worked in a hostel before. I found it very interesting, as it allowed me to learn new skills and understand what volunteering is all about. I had great colleagues, Gabriel from Brazil and Dimitri from France. The work at the hostel was very clear, with set rules. At first, it was a bit challenging, as Nina, Alex's mother, is very strict. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great to have rules to keep everything in order. However, I think communication could be improved, as Nina doesn't speak any English, and

My journey at the N1 hostel was amazing. The accommodation and service were as agreed, and the fact that it has many rules helps you know exactly what you need to do on each work shift. Working hours are strictly respected, and days off too. The atmosphere was always friendly and respectful, with moments of relaxation. Alex, Nina and Dina were the people I had contact with, and they were amazing, the hostel is family and they made me feel part of it.

My journey at hostel N1 was incredible. The place has a lot of rules and this makes everything work perfectly, the work is all explained, there's even a manual with all the tasks if you need it. Working hours are strictly respected, and days off too. I had the opportunity to take a tour that the hostel organized for guests. Alex, Nina and Dina, the people I had contact with, and they were incredible, the hostel is a family hostel and they made me feel part of it, Nina treated us like real children and prepared typical food. For sure, if I pass through Bulgaria, I will go to hostel N1 again.

My experience the hostel N 1 was grateful. The first week was very hard because the tasks could seem difficult, but when you learn everything will be easier. The hosts are confidents, patients and they try to make you feel at home. Thanks you for your availability.

I learn a lot in the hostel, the tasks of reception are very easy to do, Also, it's a little bit more difficult the others task like make beds or cleaning, but with time and dedication you can do it quickly and good. Nina always offer me her help when I have many things to do, and I also help her at the night in reception, like a team, she is a very good person and I like to sit with her to share histories and learn new things. I want to say thank to Dina for teach me the first week, and Alex for his flexibility to change shifts. Thanks to Julia and Jan for help me . I only can say priviat

Before coming here I read other reviews and wondered if it would be a good idea to come here. "A lot of rules and tasks" seemed a bit stressful, but the reality turned out to be completely different. The rules and tasks are really very basic and you just have to have the will to fulfill them and you will learn very quickly. I am very grateful to Alex, Dina and Nina, they are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the hostel is great, especially thanks to Nina here you feel like at home. I stayed in this place a few weeks longer than planned. I can definitely recommend this place!!!

I had a nice experience as this was my first one with Worldpackers. Alex and Dina were always nice and friendly and ready to help in case you need it. During your stay you have the chance to practise english and to learn how it is to work in a hostel! If you like small cities, nature and you like to work hard I think this is the opportunity for you!

Overall had a great time the hostel! you definitely need to be prepared to work hard at the hostel, as expectations are high. it took me a couple weeks to get the hang of things but i became capable and more confident in how to work in a hostel by the end of my stay. if you are willing to do your best work during your shifts i recommend the experience, sofia is a great city to explore through worldpackers and you will meet great people in the hostel!

This was my first experience with workpackers, and the truth is that it was great, I felt very comfortable and I was able to improve my English. The first week it was a bit difficult for me to adapt to the work, but with practice you relax and everything goes very smoothly, the hostel has a calm and familiar atmosphere, which was a plus for me, in short, a very good first experience !! :) 🖤🖤
