El lugar es muy bonito, el staff es genial, los ambientes cómodos. Lamentablemente la tarea indicada en Worldpackers no fue la que se me asignó cuando llegue y a pesar de que puse todo mi empeño y buena energía por cumplir mis nuevos deberes, nunca supe que fue lo que hice mal para que, sin previo aviso, me cancelen el voluntariado, simplemente me dijeron "no vibras igual" después de haber estado 12 días y yo pensaba que todo iba bien. Colaboraba en todo lo que podía y me llevaba bien con todo el grupo.

La experiencia en el hostel ha sido maravillosa. Yous y Julieta, las managers, cumplieron todo lo pactado y nos han tratado como una familia. Y el grupo de voluntarios fue excelente, hemos conocido gente muy valiosa. Recomiendo sin dudas realizar un voluntariado aquí!

El hostel es el mejor hostel en Fes, tiene un ambiente de autentico hostel, hay un equipo de voluntarios muy buena onda, las tareas son simples y siempre hay muchos viajeros! El hostel es hermoso y nuy cómodo, y las managers son buena gente y te ayudan en lo que necesites! una gran experiencia!

The sisters are amazing, very kind and respectful of your hours. The road gets cold so make sure to bring warm clothes, the shifts are very easy you sit in the main hall free to study/work you just help customers if they come in

I had a wonderful month at the hostel! It's a very quiet and relaxing place that gives you lots of time to explore the surroundings area. Lelia is super friendly and kind and I felt very comfortable there!

The hostel is a pleasant hostel, the location is fantastic. Lilaa and the girls are very accommodating, despite being busy with schoolwork. Samira and Asisa are also wonderful, they do all of the housekeeping and prepare the breakfasts. Spending time with the other volunteers here truly made the experience special. Unfortunately the hostel could seriously use a bit more love and attention from the owner, who I did not meet during my stay. Things not working/breaking was a regular occurrence which became rather frustrating. This was clearly out of the staff who were there's control.
