Para min uma das melhores experiências!. Realmente é um voluntariado. Tem un espaço muito aconchegante, áreas verdes e espaçosas. Os funcionários são pessoas muito gentis. Recomendo muito o hostel.

The Hostel is in a really good position since is really near to the Copacabana beach. The shift were respected and you have a lot of free activities through the hostel. Work was chill and you have a lot of time to explore Rio de Janeiro

The volunteer opportunity was fantastic, I spent too much money during carnaval, and luckily Gaspar needed a volunteer when I was looking for an opportunity. While I didn't apply through World Packers, the rest of the volunteers there were selected through World Packers. Gaspar and the rest of the team are great welcoming people, the work shifts are fair and allow for exploration of the city and partying. They have a great program here and the work is not very difficult. Thanks the hostel!

Uma boa experiência! A equipe do the hostel é muito simpática e é um hostel e ambiente onde você pode se divertir todos os dias com atividades e festas. As tarefas do trabalho não foram comunicadas com tanta clareza, mas ainda assim recomendo conhecer e conhecer o Rio :)

Copacabana hostel was such a perfect first volunteering experience. I worked on reception and worked 4 days Sunday - Wednesday and then 3 days off. The hours were fair and the work was super easy. At times it can feel a little slow but overall it's fine. The team are super welcoming and make an effort to speak to you. My only constructive criticism is for the living conditions to be updated. I also felt the hours for reception vs bar staff / social media roles didn't equal to reception hours

A minha experiência nesse hostel foi muito boa. A localização é ótima: perto do metrô, da praia e de um parque. O hostel é moderno e limpo e tem um terraço maravilhoso. O staff foi acolhedor e gentil e a experiência com os outros voluntários também fui muito legal! O hostel tem muitas atividades disponíveis pra hóspedes e voluntários. Recomendo :)

Muito bom em questão de tours, localização e o grupo de voluntários. Mas faltou comunicação por parte dos anfitriões, talvez assim não tivéssemos mal-entendidos. Me falaram para sair com menos de 24 horas de antecedência e ficamos 1 semana sem cozinha, sem nenhum tipo de ajuda também. Não te recebem quando você chega ao lugar, ninguém te explica nada. O quarto de voluntários muito fechado, não dá o sol e isso gera umidade. Para melhorar muitas coisas. Obrigada igualmente.

The hostel is a great place to volunteer at! The location is amazing, 5 minute walk to the famous Copacabana beach! The hostel is in a safe quieter area, but still near lots of clubs and bars. Working in reception you will meet a lot of people from all over the world and also Brasil, and the work you have to do at reception is very easy to learn, making key cards, taking a photo of the guests, and showing the guests to their rooms etc etc. On Fridays they have a big bucket of free caipirinhas during the bar and this is a great time to meet new people. But the staff room is mais ou menos
