Its a great location with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff where you can get involved in daily operation and learn a lot of skills related to Resort business and the culture of Sri Lanka.

We are quite easy going, but we work hard to achieve our goals and to make sure our guests have a pleasant stay with us. Volunteers are considered part of our team and they are treated well and they are expected to deliver what they commit or promise. They are provided with guest rooms and 3 meals free of charge and discounts on all extras through out the outlets/properties that they are expected to be a part of. We may offer them some local experiences that may include sightseeing based on their commitment/performance.

Good experience and a very comfortable stay. The work load could have been managed better but all the staff were friendly and the tasks were simple.

This was a great volunteering experience! We were given a lovely room with the most comfortable bed for the entire stay. We enjoyed trying lots of local dishes and working with the other volunteers. The staff were so friendly and respectdful and the work was very chill. It worked perfectly for us doing this at the end of our Sri Lanka trip as we were content with there not being a lot else to do in the area. Thanks Athula & team. Highly reccomend!

I don’t even know how to describe this experience, everything was perfect! The kindest people we’ve ever met, everyone was so lovely with us. The job is chill and flexible, we had a really great time and got to know so much about the culture. They provided a private luxury hotel room, was the best place we stayed in during our time in Sri Lanka. Definitely would recommend, Athula, Sameer and Manel were so lovely!

This was an unreal volunteer experience and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to wind down and relax in a beautiful location. In exchange of housekeeping, restaurant/bar service or front office roles you get a lovely room, delicious meals and access to the gym and pool here. All of the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Thankyou Athula!

This was my very first volunteer experience and I couldn’t have chosen a better place! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, always kind, flexible and clear in their communication. Athula, the host, was the best boss I could ask for, making sure I felt comfortable every day. The warm atmosphere made the resort feel like home. Work was well-organized with a relaxed vibe, and I had freedom to explore Sri Lanka. I’m so grateful I started my volunteering journey here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and rewarding experience!
