The instructor had very nice short and sweet videos about how to understand not only your own reactions to situations but also others reactions and how to internally manage your feelings at the moment. It also hones in on the importance of communication with people that could not speak the same language as you which was helpful and gave solutions to how to work around those problems.

These videos introduce the topics of interpersonal conflicts and how cultural differences could be a factor. Some cultures are high context, like in Latin America, contrasted with low context countries such as the U.S.A., Germany, and The Netherlands.
