Rooms have open-air windows with curtains instead of glass, inviting natural light and the sounds of the jungle. There’s no electricity or Wi-Fi inside the rooms—just pure immersion in nature. Showers are outdoors but private, with refreshing cool water, and compost toilets turn waste into nutrient-rich soil. Mixed dorms host up to 4 travelers and include shared spaces with local staff.
Meals are vegetarian-based, freshly prepared from ingredients grown right on the farm or sourced from local vendors. Vegan travelers are easily accommodated, and all dishes reflect Costa Rica’s warm, home-cooked traditions.
