Fue un placer enorme hacer el voluntariado con la familia de Rosa y Mauricio. Nos recibieron muy bien, las tareas a realizar eran sencillas y de acuerdo a lo esperado. Los domingos en el restaurante son buenísimos para ver cómo sucede todo en una cocina italiana! Sumado al trabajo, es muy entretenido pasar tiempo con ellos, con sus hijos y con los papás de Rosa, se dan charlas muy lindas y juegos muy divertidos. Volvería sin dudas .

We had a great two weeks with Mauricio, Rosa and the whole family. They were so welcoming, the tasks we were given were varied and enjoyable. We had amazing home cooked meals everyday with fresh produce from their garden. We learnt so much about sustainability and day to day workings on a farm. Feeding the animals was a particularly highlight and working in their family restaurant was great fun and very rewarding. This was our first work away and for us was perfect. If you want to get away from it all and immerse yourself in nature we would highly recommend this experience

We spent two weeks at Poggia the farm and we couldn't have asked for a better place to have our first volunteer experience. Rosamaria, Mauricio and the entire family were so welcoming and perfect hosts. Their farm is in a very quiet, rural location and the work we carried out was quite easy and always appreciated. We were spoilt with amazing home cooked lunches and dinners made with produce from their farm. Our work consisted mostly of helping in the vegetable field, feeding the animals and sometimes helping in their restaurant. Highly recommend this experience - thank you for hosting us.

What an unforgettable and truly unique experience! I'm so incredibly thankful for everything I learned, for all the amazing moments we shared, and for the absolutely delicious food. The entire family was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The activities are not difficult, room was private and they were so respectful of the time I spent helping. Grazie mille, guys!

Este fue mi cuarto voluntariado y, sin duda, uno de los más significativos. Desde el primer día me sentí como en casa, gracias a Mauricio, Rosa y su hermosa familia. Colaboré en la cocina, la huerta, con los animales y en las habitaciones, pero lo más valioso fue el intercambio humano: las charlas, las risas y los momentos compartidos que llevaré siempre conmigo. Me encanto poder ver a la nona cocinar y tocar el piano. Lua, una de sus perritas, se robó mi corazón. Me voy feliz, profundamente agradecida y con muchas ganas de volver.

What a great experience! You get to experience and learn about the local culture. The family is super welcoming, kind, attentive and very helpful. I loved my experience. If you want to get out of your comfort zone, this is a good place to start.

I spend a great time with Maurício, Rosamaria, José, Máximo and the whole beautiful and kind family! I had already 3 experiences in Italy but this one was a true immersion in the land and life in this amazing country! In addition was the experience that also increase my Italian skills and the food is amazing! The olive harvest and production of olive oil is something really beautiful to see and I strongly recommend come in this season! It's an unique experience! The time and the tasks that I did there turn in great memories that I will keep forever in my heart! I hope to see you guys again!
