Este fue mi primer voluntariado,esta bien, la vivienda es un hostal/camping/bar yo no tuve ningún contacto con los niños del camping, las tareas eran sencillas(limpiar, hacer las camas para los huéspedes, hacer creps ...) viktor es una persona paciente y flexible nos bajaba y subía con el coche siempre que podía ya que la casa esta en la clima de una montaña. fue un placer conocer a Sandor, Eva, Sofie y a sus niñas. Muchas gracias por esta experiencia. <3

My month at the hostel has been absolutely fantastic. It's an incredible place, surrounded by nature and conveniently close to Budapest. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Viktor and his family are incredibly kind, and the colleagues have been wonderful. From here I send a big hug to Sándor, Bes and Mate. The work itself is quite easy and it provides the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings through hiking. You can also visit Szentendre, the nearest city, or easily venture into Budapest, which is just a short distance away.

My first Worldpackers experience was in this incredible place. I confess that I was unsure at first. But after I arrived in Köhegy I fell in love with the place. Viktor and his team are fantastic, very concerned about our well being and super kind and respectful. I felt in a magical place. I learned about sustainability, developed my environmental awareness and connected with nature. Thank you köhegy for this amazing experience.

This volunteering exceed my expectations. the place is incredible, nature surrounding it, the mountain feels magical, as breathtaking scenery. Viktor and all of them are amazing people. Our stay here was incredible. Victor, his family and all of the other people we worked with (sandor, mate, bea and more) were the most gorgeous, welcoming people. We stayed here for a month and within the first couple of days I felt so at home and comfortable. The work was as described, cleaning rooms, helping in the kitchen and was not hard. They were also flexible with work so that you can go and explore Hungary in your free time. It's a great place if you like music, as someone is always playing the guitar in the common space. We made many good memories here and can't wait to visit again!

It was an amazing experience! Beautiful people (particular shoutout to Viktor, Sandor, Mate, Bea, Veronika and Ollie) who made it such an entertaining and interesting time, viktor and sandor made it feel like home. Everyone plays music for fun and easy to join! Only busy Friday-Sunday and the work was fun with kitchen prep, making heaps of pancakes, and basic cleaning. It's in a national park off Szentendre (very cute town with amazing chocolate shop), so surrounded by nature and we watched as spring came through! Also only 45 mins away from Budapest via train so day-trips are easy.

Spend my first Worldpackers experience at the hostel was the best choice! Viktor and his family, Sándor, Máté, Bea... and many people I met in that time were really special for me. Being at the hostel on the of the mountains for a month was an interesting experience. I was surrounded by many amazing and welcoming people (Bel, Sandor, Viktor, Zsofi) 💕 you will have the chance to eat Goulash, cabbage soup and sausages. Pancakes will be part of your routine, my shifts were basically Fridays through Sundays and they were not very demanding. If you are keen on music or play any instrument, you will instantly bond with them :) Koszonom

Esta fue mi primera experiencia en worldpackers y fue increíble , desde el primero momento me llevé súper bien con viktor y su familia . El primer día el staff me recibió con amor y me explicaron todo , siempre buscan tu bienestar y comodidad. La vibra de este lugar al trabajar es único y divertido ,no es nada pesado y es fácil de realizar Conocí a muchas personas amables y divertidas ,definitivamente me llevo amistades que durarán toda la vida Este lugar es muy bueno para conectar con la naturaleza y formar buenos lazos definitivamente recomiendo este lugar y espero volver en algún momento
