I had a wonderful experience volunteering at YHA London Central. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and felt supported from the very beginning. I made amazing friends and shared moments I will never forget. The tasks were simple and easy to manage, and I always felt treated with kindness and respect.
A special thank you to all the volunteers and staff that I met, love you so much and I already miss you you all. 🩵
To anyone considering volunteering here: do ittt!!! The location is super central, very well connected and perfect to enjoy London.🩵🩵✨

This is my first expenricen on Worldpacker, I really appreciate the chance they offer. The teammates are incredible, hours are good. Good location, healthy food, nothing to complain. Thanks for all of it, make my trip in london so wonderful.

Working at YHA Central was made all the more special due to the welcoming and fun staff! I feel very drawn to come back to London and visit everyone. Beyond training me when I started, they were extremely open to getting to know me, sharing tips about London, and inviting me to do things with them outside of normal shift hours. I felt super comfortable once I got the hang of everything. The 6 weeks flew by! Unbeatable location, perks of free breakfast + tea, great management, great volunteers alongside me, clear processes + clean hostel. Highly recommend if early mornings are ok for you!

Thank you! And Laurel was an exceptional volunteer - both sociable and organised. She was always punctual and went above and beyond by supporting us during breakfast, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Laura also took the initiative to help onboard new team members, showing great teamwork skills. Additionally, she used her Spanish fluency to assist and offer advice to guests, which was a huge asset. Overall, we highly recommend Laura for her dedication to all the hosts!

Just spent a month volunteering in YHA, and it honestly felt like home.
Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the first day, and the atmosphere was always warm and friendly.
The tasks were easy and well explained, and there was always time to relax and discover new places.
The location was perfect, close to everything and made it easy to explore the city and enjoy it
The room was comfortable, and I loved the kitchen and breakfast area, sharing morning coffee and small talks made each day brighter.
It was a lovely month that I’ll always remember, and I’d love to come back one day 🍀💛💚
