If you’re searching for the perfect mix of sunshine, desert adventures, and epic parties—this is the place! Our hostel is located right in the famous Huacachina oasis with unbeatable views of the dunes. Travelers from all over the world come here to sandboard, buggy across the desert, and enjoy our legendary party nights. And as a volunteer, you’ll be part of the magic every single day!
We’re a young and multicultural team who loves good vibes, teamwork and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Volunteers are part of the family here. You’ll be treated with respect, good vibes, and lots of opportunities to make friends and unforgettable memories!

El hostel de Wild Rover en Huacachina fue increible, fue una hermosa experiencia, conocí gente local que trabajabamos juntos en la barra que fue la tarea que me tocó ayudarles y la verdad aprendí y me tuvieron bastante paciencia. Recomiendo 100% este voluntariado si estas con ganas de fiesta y conocer gente. Quedé muy agradecido con Valentina que fue ella la que me abrió las puertas para conocer la familia Wild Rover, tambien muy agradecido con Kevin que es el manager de la barra que me explicó todo y siempre estuvo a disposicion para ayudarme. Volveré en algun momento. Hasta la proxima.

I really enjoyed voluteering in wr huacachina! Although i only stayed for a week, i felt very welcomed and cared for by the staff team, thank you guys so much 💕
As for the job, all good, the times are chill and the position i took as event host was so much fun! The rooms are comfy, the food and drinks are yummy and the whole place is really pretty! 10/10

The communication and organization before I arrived wasn’t great and I didn’t have confirmation which worried me. It was also odd to be the only volunteer but all the staff were really lovely and welcoming.
The job is super easy and had plenty of time to mix with the guests and locals alike and practice my Spanish. The hostel is a crazy party hostel so the work is like a nightclub bar sometimes which can be a bit hectic but it’s always a fun night and if you like to party all night and hang by the pool all day this is the perfect place to do so! And Huacachina is mind blowingly amazing!

Wild Rover fue mi primer voluntariado y lo repetiría mil veces. Amé todo aquí, estuve cómoda y en casa. Los trabajadores te tratan con mucho amor. A todos los llevo en mi corazón. Es importante tener en cuenta que para hacer este voluntariado debe gustarte la fiesta, ya que es todo el tiempo en ambiente de fiesta y playa. Siento que el trabajo en la noche era un poco pesado pero todo valió la pena, ya que también tienes un buen descanso.

had an amazing few weeks here. I feld really welcome from the first moment I got here. Conor the barmanger really helpt me out while working and had a really good laugh. I have to say this was one of the most fun jobs I ever had. Even tho the timing with the demonstrations wasn't the best still had a good time! thanks for everything guys!

He was very friendly with customers and always looking to help out in any way he could. Was definitely one of the best volunteers I've seen here. He was always on time and tried to make guests welcome here even if he was having a bad day. Definitely, I'd welcome back here again to work at any time.
