O staff tem oportunidade de participar em projectos criativos e aprender novas habilidades.

Tive minha primeira experiência como voluntário e gostei bastante, Pura Vida DiveHouse é um excelente lugar pra conhecer e contribuir de varias formas ao viajante. Muito bem localizado em Sagres, perto de praias incríveis.
Fui muito bem recebido pelo Cristovão e staff da casa, assim facilitando minha chegada e estadia durante os dias que estive no hostel.

The whole experience is good, because there is not a lot of work so you have free time to enjoy different activities. Is a small town but there are plenty of people going to the beach, so it's nice. And the whole team of cleaninf, volunteers and dive instructors made the place really special
Note that not everything posted of discounts and free activities is really offered on site so you might want to double check with the manager before going, and the good thing is the manager is easy to talk to in case anything changes during your stay

Daniel was a very helpful and friendly volunteer. He was always available for our guests and showed great responsibility in everything he did. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference during his stay. It was a pleasure having him with us.

Pura Vida offers many things in its description, but in reality, most of them are not true. You need to clarify the money situation from the start, as it is often forgotten or overlooked. I would not recommend having visitors, as the host usually doesn’t like it. While he may seem friendly at first, he often talks about volunteers behind their backs. He also doesn’t give clear instructions to volunteers, so you have to figure things out on your own.

I’m aware that many volunteers have left disappointed, I would not recommend

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by your comments, as no concerns were raised during your stay and all conditions were clearly communicated beforehand. We were flexible with your personal needs and always available to clarify anything.Some issues were observed regarding task commitment and appropriate conduct during check-in hours. Visitor rules exist to ensure the safety and privacy of guests and staff.Your remarks about money or unclear instructions do not reflect our procedures.

This place is relaxed and you feel like home. It is a place where you can free your inner art skills and also where you can do a lot of water sports such as surf and diving. The work is fair and the shifts good organised. You have lot of free time for visiting around and enjoy your days. I had a beautiful time here with the guests and the staff made of laughts and heartful moments! Very recommended to everyone!

Sin duda alguna este es el mejor lugar para hacer un voluntariado. La energía que tiene Pura vida es sumamente poderosa y te hace sentir como en casa. Cris esta siempre muy atento a como te sientes y que no te falte nada. Las horas son 100% respetadas, el dinero para la comida es más que suficiente y siempre es muy puntual el pago. El lugar para dormir es acogedor. Me voy de este lugar esperando volver algún día porque de verdad me lo llevo grabado en mi corazón. Muchas playas cerca, bares, restaurantes y transporte para poder ir a otros lugares. Si estás pensando en este lugar, no pienses más
