We are an organic farm specializing in artichokes, olives, vegetables and wheat growing. All we produce is for the restaurant kitchen which prepares food for our clients. You can have a double choice or do both during your stay. Farming and cooking as well.
There is a kitchen staff who helps me and nobody for the farm, only me. I prefer that because farming is a special word. My farm is organic and I follow the regenerative farming culture. There is a world to discover and I appreciate if you had some experience with farming so I can learn from you, I really need help.

Ciao! I'm Federica Frattini, the owner of Podere San Giuliano, an organic farm with a restaurant nearby Bologna. The restaurant menu is full of typical Bologna dishes and courses with organic vegetables we grow on the farm: we focus on local, fresh and seasonal products. All of our pasta dishes are rigorously rolled out with a wood rolling pin. Coming to Podere San Giuliano is like entering into a family: this bond unites all of its staff who daily transmit their energy to the kitchen, transforming it into classic dishes of the Bolognese tradition and unique dishes that enhance the love for vegetables and their preparations. Bread, pizza and more made with our ancient grains flour. That's magic! That's Italian culture: share what we know and take what you can do to us from your culture and food. Everything inspired us to crate lovely and really good food. You can learn and touch with your hands where vegetables grow and know and choose the best raw ingredient.
