Naughty Squirrel Backpackers
Located in Riga's Old Town, we have an awesome spot in a UNESCO world heritage site, next to some of the best spots in Town. With almost 6k reviews and a 9.8 average score, we are one of the highest rated hostels on the planet. We're known for big parties, awesome tours, the best staff and a super clean building.
We are world travelers ourselves, and love meeting people. That's why we do this job. We love the city and the opportunity to share it with our guests. This applies to our Staff and Volunteers as well, everyone here is super friendly and out going, and loves the hostel atmosphere. We're here to make friends and have a good time. We want you to be part of that as well.

I had an absolutely incredible month at the naughty squirrel. Riga is such a fun city to explore and the hostel really brings the most amazing guests, who you can really get to know during the quieter season. The work tasks are easy to do and all the staff are so friendly. I appreciated that we could explore the other Baltic countries on days off and also that the volunteers have their own floor. Highly recommend this to any volunteer wanting a super social fun experience and to discover the underrated gem of Riga. 🐿️✨✨

It was the second time I volunteered here, and I'm already thinking about when to come back. It's always a lot of fun, the staff are always great, the work is very simple. If you're thinking about coming here, this is your sign to do it!

I couldn't say a single bad thing about my stay here even if I tried. It has been by far my favorite volunteer position and I look forward to returning to Riga in the future. If you like socializing, making friends, and partying it up then I don't think theres a better place out there. There's things to do everyday so you wont be bored. The staff is amazing, other volunteers were amazing, and even the guests were always down to have a good time. 11/10 experience

Foi uma experiência ótima,onde indicaria para qualquer pessoa poder conhecer tanto o hostel quanto a Letônia(riga)lugar maravilhoso,com comidas típicas muito boas,pessoas muito legais,e principalmente o hostel naughty Squirrel que nos possibilitou essa experiência incrível e inesquecível!estará sempre em minha memoria🫶🏻

My time in Riga was simply wonderful, I met incredible people inside and outside the hostel, I will always remember with great affection, Riga and Latvia as a whole is really surprising, before going I was thinking that I would find the food bad and cold people, but it is exactly the opposite, really very good food, and the people even better, I recommend it to anyone with their eyes closed, the hostel is fantastic and the work itself is quiet, there is plenty of free time to enjoy. Thank you to everyone, I hope I can have the opportunity to come back someday! 🇱🇻🐿️
