Melt Busan
Our MELT BUSAN is one of the big local cultural places for the music and art community.
We would like to share a good environment for Korea's young cultural experience and life.
This is an opportunity to create an active outgoing network in Busan.
Hi. My name is JIWEON KIM and I'm the manager of MELT BUSAN. I would like to share our local music event culture. MELT BUSAN is one of the best music event venues and culture spaces. We feature Glow Yoga classes, Summer Boat parties, and Underground dance music events and art exhibitions. We have guest artists every weekend. We are looking for volunteers for our international advertising and promotion. We are also looking for volunteers with experience as artists. Please let me know if you play an instrument, sing, DJ, dance, etc. We would love to have you perform at MELT! We all speak English and another second language. As brothers and friends, we are doing our best for our goals together! If you are singer or musician, we are welcome to have collaborative performances!

What an amazing experience! I actually even extended my trip by two weeks because I felt the experience was so nice. Melt is an absolutely perfect way to get involved with locals, as well meet many other foreigners! Jiweon is an amazing host that provides soo many opportunities for his volunteers. Introducing me to his friends, including me in real Korean life. I have loved every minute I’ve been here and cannot ask for a better experience. I highly recommend to anyone considering!

I had an incredible volunteering experience with MELT — my first time volunteering and my first trip to Korea. The host was caring and supportive, always in touch before and during my stay, and made me feel safe and welcome. The apartment was cozy, sunny, and perfectly located near the sea, food streets, and public transport. The work was light and fun, including helping in the club, filming, and occasional apartment cleaning with other volunteers. I also got to learn DJing, dance a lot, and join extra creative events. I truly loved discovering Busan through this project and highly recommend

I had an amazing time bartending at MELT. I am thankful for this experience and spending time in Busan was a pleasure. I didn't see the working hours go by, and for music enjoyers and night life enjoyers this is a great place to go to. It leaves plenty enough of time to discover Busan and the staff and people I worked with were really nice. So if you want to visit Busan and discover some of its night life i would greatly recommend this experience !

My experience in Melt Busan was great! The owner was thoughfull and attentive to our needs and very generous. Besides that, the workers were nice and they all want you to have fun while doing the volunteering. The shift in the club is as promised, and you learn a lot of new skills such as bartending, promoting and being in charge of the entrance. The work in the airbnbs can take long but depending on how many volunteers are there, but in general is an easy work to do. Finally, there was enough free time to visit Busan, a beautiful city. Overall I would recommend this volunteering!!
