Hub Feenix
We are a large international and growing community, proud members of the Global Ecovillage Network, and have people from all over staying here.
Our art resident program attracts many international artists, and we also ahve a growing digital nomad fraction. Together with the 20 residents this makes for a vibrant international vibe, while being immersed in the beautiful finnish nature.
Volunteers live in there own wing, have their own little community inside the big mothership. Hub Feenix also hosts artisis and nomads and residents. Continuous learning and creativity are core values, and we try to bring this into the work as much as possible. We have professionals in several areas guiding the work and offer a lot of opportunities outside of work https://volunteers.feenix.community/

I had a wonderful time at Hub Feenix! The hosts are so kind, welcoming and lovely. Working there is really fun, it’s never boring or the same and the hours are fair and they are also very flexible if you want to make a trip or something like that. I met wonderful people and made many new and wonderful friendships!! Absolutely recommended to go there!

I had such an incredible time as my first solo volunteer trip at Hub Feenix. Everyone I met was so kind and open, and I made so many great memories with my little volunteer family. There is a bus stop right across the road so it is super accessible to travel around in your free time, which is made easy by how flexible they are with working hours/banking work hours. The building as well is an incredibly cool place, and it's so fun to explore and see all the art (and the beautiful nearby lake). Altogether an amazing time and I would definitely recommend if you want a cool spot in Finland :).

Hub Feenix is a place you should visit without overthinking it, because whatever you imagine will be completely different from reality. It’s a huge space, full of new experiences and learning opportunities. The work you can do there ranges from everyday tasks like cleaning or organizing to maintenance projects. The experience itself is incredible, and the atmosphere is an adventure of its own. If you enjoy the peace of the forest, swimming in the lake, making new friends, and discovering new things, Hub Feenix is for you!
