I had such a comfortable stay in Gillerminas, great location, great breakfast, nice people to work with, this is the best hostel in Cuenca for sure, 100% recommend to volunteer here

El paso por Guillerminas fue bastante tranquilo, las tareas son fáciles, me correspondió el turno de la noche y compartí un buen tiempo con Iván que fue quien se encargó de explicarme todas mis tareas de forma sencilla y amena, el hostal siempre se mantiene limpio y lleno de buena energía gracias a Susi y Rosi y las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, se tiene tiempo para explorar y conocer.

Guillerminas Hostel was my very first experience, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The location, facilities, food, and especially the people are simply the BEST. Mauricio, Roci, Susy, Iván and Naty were incredibly kind and welcoming to me. Saying goodbye was tough, my stay flew by because I had so much fun and learned so much. I’m deeply grateful for this opportunity, and I truly hope I can return one day

Volunteering here was such an amazing and unforgettable experience! The work was easy to learn, the hours were respected, and the environment felt relaxed yet purposeful. Mauricio even took me to his coffee shop where I tried delicious coffee and saw llamas and horses! Such a special experience :) Roci really is the heart of the hostel, making sure each guest and myself were taken cared of 🥹 Breakfast each morning was delicious and healthy. While volunteering I spoke to many travelers and exchanged stories and experiences, with whom I still keep in contact with! I recommend volunteering here!

Mi paso por Guillerminas fue mucho más que un voluntariado: fue una experiencia de vida. Desde el primer día me sentí como en cada, gracias a personas como Roxy, Sucy, Mauricio y Joel, quienes no solo me acompañaron en el día a día, sino que dejaron huellas imborrables en mi memoria.
El ambiente del hostal es cálido y lleno de buena energía. Más tareas son claras y justas, y siempre se siente el apoyo del equipo. Además, Cuenca es una ciudad hermosa para explorar y tener un hogar como Guillerminas lo hace aún más especial.
Me voy con el corazón lleno y con la certeza de que volveré algún día
