Domu Prexada
The house is easily connected to the Cagliairi / Elmas Airport 30 min, The city of Cagliari 30 min, the beaches of the Costa Rei in Villasimius 20-40 min, the park of the 7 brothers 15 min, the tomb of the giants Is Concias 5 min.
You can expected to be treated like a friend, I love to share my time and experiences with the volunteer, go around, to visit some neighboor and enjoy the time together.

I was provided with a large room to myself. The area is remote and beautiful. The tasks were simple. I worked between two seasons, the work was a mixture of maintenance work and housekeeping. I was able to work independently and manage my own time. The host and I initially struggled with our communication, but she is receptive if you express yourself. The WiFi only works in the living room and is unstable at times. There is hardly any mobile service. Getting to the city can be difficult, but doable if planned properly. I made friends in Cagliari through Bumble and had a great time with them!<3

tive uma primeira experiência maravilhosa no worldpackers, com a geraldine, pois ela me recebeu super bem e sempre foi muito clara com as instruções das tarefas! nossa comunicação era ótima e me senti muito incluída na rotina! adorei a semana que passei lá!!

It felt like a home. I would loved to adapt myself quicker. But overall was a good experience. The place is beautiful, Geraldine and Nami are really nice :). Sardegna has a lot to offer. It would be better if you can rent a car while you're there otherwise you have the Ebike.
I'm happy about the experience i had. I also got some self-awareness about some staff. So it was good at the end 🙏🏻wish you all the best

Geraldine is a wonderful host and was always ready to adapt to my plans. The tasks mainly included making breakfast followed by cleaning rooms and doing laundry, during all of which Geraldine is always there to help and guide. I spent a lot of time talking to her about everything possible, and those are some of the moments I cherish the most from my experience. I also met a lot of people from all over the world and each conversation made my experience more enjoyable. Apart from the tasks I also had a lot of time to myself to explore the surroundings. I would totally recommend this experience

Fatema is a dynamic and fun woman. She is fast learner and fast doer. Great planner. It was really a great time while she was around. Things got done without me having to ask them.
She knows what she wants and she is determined. I'll recommand her.

I had a wonderful experience in Domu Prexada, the place is stunning and peaceful, I recommend having a car, taking one of the bikes provided and explore the sorroundings or going to the beach while you're there :)
