You get to meet a lot of local people and some travelers depending on your luck. My stay was amazing and I really enjoyed working with everyone and having a disconnect from the world outside. There is internet but you get to immerse yourself in the work and things happening around the farm. The lack of access to the city makes a perfect getaway spot. The weather in late Nov/ early Dec was great and not a lot of rain but during rainy season I recommend you have good rain gear. I would definitely come back again next year.

Raimundo y Héctor fueron muy amables. La casa para voluntarios es súper cómoda y la comida super bien. Algunas tareas pueden ser difíciles sin experiencia en trabajos de campo pero fueron un aprendizaje, el entorno es inigualable con mucha naturaleza y espacios para conocer la fauna y flora nativa.

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas: interiores elegantes (bravo Santiago!), solo faltó aceite esencial de pachuli natural en esas sábanas de lujo.

Todo en tonos grises, muy fino. Naturaleza exuberante, sin ninguna basura. Nos sanaron el alma con cariño y generosidad. Aceptaron a mi hijo de 8 años y a mí con mucho amor. Admiramos al equipo humano: Héctor, Sebastián, Andrés, Leandro, Luis, Cristian, Cata, Raimundo, Murta, Maqui y Mora. Desde el muelle, Martín Pescador pesca y un lobo marino descansa feliz. En un día libre puedes ir al Parque Alerce Milenario 🌲🌳

Black Swan me pareció una experiencia completamente enriquecedora y hermosa. Las labores son físicas, y en tiempo de invierno es bastante frío así que podría no ser para todos. Sin embargo si te agradan este tipo de experiencias lo recomiendo completamente, las personas que se encuentran ahí siempre te van a apoyar e incluso pueden hacer una excelente amistad. Muchas gracias Ray, Santiago, Cata, Héctor, Leandro, Andrés, Sebas, y Cristian por todo.

Had so much fun during my month at Black Swan, I learned a lot from these guys and got to work on new skills in the woods and fields. Gloria cooks amazing food and the volunteer house was always stocked with food and good vibes. Happy to come during the winter but 10/10 will return for the summer weather and parties.
