I had a great time in the hostel and the people were very kind. Even though I wasn't there during the season, I had a nice time and enjoyed beeing there. Dara and Alex showed me everything and took good care of me.

It was so so nice to work with Dara and Mauro! Such a pleasure to have the opportunity to share some conversations and memories with them! It’s a really blessing. The schedule allowed us to explore Lisbon during the day and I met a lot of amazing people outside of the hostel because of that, for which i’m really grateful for. However, the condition of the kitchen made it pretty hard for us to cook. And i wish the supervisor would’ve treated another volunteer better as a volunteer instead of worker while she’s trying her best with the job.

The location of the hostel is really nice and the tasks are really easy. Lots of free time to discover the city. However as a second party promoter experience, there are still quite some things in development to make it even more interesting. Dara is very experienced and Tiago helped us feel welcomed. The rest of the staff is super nice. Being the only volunteer for a few days I mostly made friends with travellers and locals out of the hostel. When the concept is really launched it will be better and more fun I think. Overall nice experience, but the shifts are not the most interesting and fu
