Really good experience where you are mostly free to plan your tasks of activities and helping out in the reception. Perfect if you want to have time to travel around Tenerife and explore. The Capsules are also really cool experience to stay in and they give you nice breakfast every morning

Realizar este voluntariado fue completamente increíble. Tuve la oportunidad de conocer gente maravillosa y cálida que me hicieron sentir como en casa. El equipo de trabajo siempre se mantiene con una actitud positiva y las tareas son bastante simples. Realmente esta fue una experiencia inolvidable que repetiría mil veces. Tenerife siempre va a tener un lugar especial en mi corazón ;)

My stay at Atypicap Hostel was positive overall. The environment suits volunteers who appreciate having their own privacy while still being part of the hostel’s routine. The guest mix is quite varied, so building connections takes some initiative, but with a bit of effort you can create a small community. Tasks were clear and manageable, and communication with the staff was straightforward. A good choice if you want a quieter place with a balance between independence and some social interaction.

It was an amazing experience! It was my first trip as a volunteer, and it couldn’t have gone any better! Alessandro is a wonderful person, from the very first moment, he made me feel welcome and turned this experience into something that will always have a place in my heart. As for the work, it’s very flexible and relaxed, and Puerto de la Cruz is a truly lovely place, with so many areas to explore and lots of kind and friendly people I had the pleasure to meet!

my stay at atypicap was beautiful! I’ll start by saying that the hostel is in the perfect area, right by the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and it’s always busy and lively. The facilities are super clean and tidy, the capsule is spacious and comfortable. Alessandro is the nicest most welcoming person ever and he will help u with anything and everything<3 the hours are super flexible and the job is basically having fun by organizing activities for guests.
unfortunately I had to leave early for personal reasons, but I would definitely come back!
