Travel with Anique, a 26-year-old wildlife photographer from the Netherlands with a bachelor’s in Creative Business. Her photography has been featured by BBC Earth and Africa Geographic. During lockdown, she picked up my first camera and fell in love with wildlife photography. This eventually led her to volunteering in South Africa—a life-changing experience that led to the role as Wildlife Photography Coordinator, teaching others about photography, editing, and storytelling. Now, after two years she calls South Africa home, exploring private game reserves and leading wildlife tours across the world.My goal is to show people the beauty of the world in a meaningful way. Hi beautiful humans, it’s Lindsey! If you’re anything like me, you’re always yearning for deeper connection, to the world and to other like minded creatives. That’s exactly why I’m beyond excited to be hosting an artist group trip to Vietnam, centered around telling stories of nature conservation. I began my venture into the world of solo travel on group trips just like this one. I love bringing people together in community, and being able to do so in a place as beautiful as Vietnam, creating inspired art alongside one another, feels like an absolute dream come true that I cannot wait to experience with you. I’ll be hosting two Artist Alchemy Sessions to support each photographer in finding their own authentic voice within the story they wish to tell. There’s something so magical about creating around the same idea and witnessing how differently it comes through each of us. From big moments like photographing underwater sea life and the stars of Southeast Asian skies, to small moments like laughing over shared meals and dancing under the moon, this is a trip filled with creativity, playfulness, and friends you just haven’t met yet. During the past 2 weeks I have learned so much about culture, environment and professional skills in the filming field. From how to prepare a script to tell a story to the colours you integrate to make the story vivid. The experience is 100% worth it if you are responsible and disciplined, they will help you if you need any assistance in preparing but the creativity is up to you. If you have time I recommend staying there a month to grasp every detail that is possible. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, and the friends I did during the volunteering I will preserve for life ❤️

I spent a week with the wildlife photography program. Although it's a short period to develop a project, the team took care to adapt it well to the time I had available and helped me with everything I needed. The association's workers are lovely, and it's an opportunity to interact with locals and participate with an association that promotes nature conservation through photography and filmmaking. It's a very new project, so I think they're still refining some aspects of the program, but they're doing their best to ensure volunteers have a great experience. Thank you for this week!

The VEN team was really passionate about nature and videography. They were also very nice to me. The food is really good and cool to share with other volunteers, you are also free to eat alone. Sometimes it's hard to share the room with many people though. I sometimes felt like no one was listening to me and to what I wanted to do for my film. I had to be actor in it while I didn't really want to. I don't blame the VEN team because they are new at this program, but I just think the price was a bit too much compared to my experience.. I'm glad I got to discover Da nang on my own , thank you
