Excelente experiencia, escribo esto tomando mates en la sala de la casa. Todo excelente, desde las 4 horas que se trabajan (trabajo fisico pero normal o tranqui, al menos para mi). El equipo es amable, considerado, siempre a disposición, solucionando y comunicando. Estoy contento aquí, lo recomiendo. Libertad en las horas que no se trabajan, y muchas veces actividades (opcionales) en grupo, muy interesantes.

This has been my first volunteer experience, and I have to say it has been the most amazing time of my life. I've been in the farm for a month, and it will be on my heart forever. Amazing people from all around de world, true connections, open arms, delicious food and beautiful landscape. What an amazing experience! I recommend it with my whole heart! Everyone was so kind and made me feel included. The tasks are not hard if you like cooking, cleaning, farming or if you are willing to learn. It was so nice to be surrounded by volunteers and guests who work, socialize, eat and relax together. All meals at the project are lovingly prepared by our in-house kitchen team, led by chef Elena, who specializes in traditional Italian vegetarian dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. Breakfast offers light, energizing options like freshly baked sourdough, seasonal fruit, homemade granola, and Italian coffee. Lunch and dinner feature hearty, comforting meals such as pumpkin risotto, eggplant parmigiana, homemade pasta, and fresh seasonal salads—all served buffet-style to share around communal tables.
Ankunftsorientierung
For a smooth journey, we recommend that guests land at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) by 12:00 noon at the latest. This allows enough time to clear the airport, reach Anagnina Station, and catch the bus.
Transportation Steps:
• Cotral Bus: From Rome, take a direct Cotral bus to Sora. It is a reliable and scenic route that takes about 2 hours and costs approximately €6.
• Final Leg: Upon arrival in Sora, you will take a short taxi ride to the farm.
• Check-in: Our recommended check-in time is 6:30 p.m. Rooms are available starting at 2:00 p.m.; if you arrive earlier, you are welcome to relax at the farm until your room is ready.
• Late Arrivals: If a later arrival is unavoidable, please inform your host in advance so that special arrangements can be made.
Departure:
• Departures from the farm are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. * By leaving at this time, you can expect to arrive at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• Please plan your return flight accordingly, ensuring you have sufficient time for travel and airport security.

This project is a regenerative farm and spiritual retreat center tucked away in the green hills of Abruzzo, where olive groves meet mountain air and the Adriatic Sea isn’t far off. More than just a retreat, it’s a way of life—rooted in sustainability, community, and conscious living. The project was born from Antonello’s lifelong connection to the land. Raised on an organic farm at the foot of the Apennines, he grew up immersed in nature and developed a deep spiritual bond with the Earth. After studying literature and philosophy in Italy and the UK, Antonello returned to his roots with a renewed mission: to educate and inspire through eco-living, healthy food, and holistic practices. His global travels—especially to India and Thailand—ignited a passion for yoga that soon became the heart of the project. Today, this project offers guests and travelers a chance to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and live in harmony with the land. Through daily yoga, organic farming, shared meals, and local cultural immersion, the retreat creates space for healing, growth, and grounded community living. A small team—featuring teachers like Kat, Greta, and our beloved cook Elena—supports this mission, while strong ties with local artisans and farmers keep the project deeply connected to the region. Whether you're harvesting olives, practicing asanas at sunrise, or enjoying a homegrown meal, everything here is designed to help you remember what really matters.

More than 70% of the food is sourced from nearby organic farms, and guests learn about land regeneration and sustainability. By experiencing rural traditions and connecting with the community, travelers help preserve local culture while supporting a more conscious, regenerative way of living.
