Maria (Connie) was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and made me feel instantly comfortable. She didn't just lead the trip, she truly became one of the girls, and I genuinely see her as a new friend. She helped All of us navigate the area and added an extra layer of comfort, support, and fun to the whole experience. I'm so grateful for her and would travel with her again in a heartbeat. Also so excited to have been introduced to Worldpackers through this trip

This the surf camp with Eva, Eve and all the other girls has truly been MAGICAL. I came all the way from Norway, and I felt well taken care of and safe in my travel. My first travel outside of Europe. I will say that the weeks leading up to the trip wasn't very organized and it was hard to know what's going on, I felt like I was going into it blind. I expressed this in the chat and after I did, they took SO MUCH initiative and it felt completely different! I only had to ask once for what I needed, and it was taken care of, which was amazing. So they truly made sure we were informed and felt safe!

This trip was one of the best experiences of my life so far. Being immersed in the natural landscape and local culture of beautiful the surf camp taught me so much about life, and all the beauty and happiness that can be found within. Eva helped to make this experience so welcoming and comforting by providing us with authentic activities and food, great conversation and laughter, and always being available for questions or help through the stay. the surf camp was incredible, I feel like I got a totally local experience, and I am forever grateful! Pura Vida!!!

Eva is an absolute angel, our group trip was changed last minute and she took care of everything. From the moment we got there it was an amazing experience. There were so many opportunities to do so many different things, from surf lessons to national parks to salsa dancing, etc. Truly loved my experience here and will hopefully be back soon!

A the surf camp full of adventure and meeting amazing people! Eva created an itinerary jam packed with excursions, from whale watching to zip lining, transportation was always provided to all the planned excursions. The surf instructors were informative in helping everyone level up their skills, and did I mention the adorable surfing dog named goofy? 💕 The boutique hotel creates a cozy ambiance, we enjoyed meals like authentic the surf camp Rican cuisine, pancake breakfasts, and pizza dinners. Eva even went above and beyond to get us a birthday cake as two of us in the trio shared a bday! Beyond memorable

Our group trip was switched to Eva's at the last minute and was an upgrade. I really appreciate Eva being able to give us a great trip so last minute. Overall, Loved it! I do wish that there was more organization with a translator or someone to lead us to some of our events with more direction than just Taxi drivers. Other than that, it was a great trip and I would do it again! Thanks, Eva!

This was my 1st WP Epic Trip. I really enjoyed the locals, surf instructors, events, and group! Lots of fun memories! Unfortunately, I felt disappointed by the lack of engagement/leadership of the host, Eva. She was not physically present most of the time, even when there was a small electrical fire at the hotel. She communicated mostly via WhatsApp. Sometimes this lead to mixups with taxis or misunderstandings about events/costs and resulted in us paying more than planned. I hope it was unusual given her other high reviews. I recommend proactive communication to those thinking of staying here

I joined the epic surf trip in Manuel Antonio, the surf camp to spend the surf camp improving my surfing, meeting people and exploring the area. We had an amazing group of people what made it a good trip and we did lots of fun activities! However, I would not recommend this trip to others the way it was carried out when I went. Communication before and during the trip about the dates of the trip, the cost of extra activities and what is and is not included was not clear. Some things including the sunset surf photoshoot did not happen. Also be aware that the daily surflessons are only 30 minutes.
