A Ilma nos ajudou muito com sua habilidade administrativa e seu conhecimento jurídico. Sua postura foi de responsabilidade e comprometimento do início ao fim do voluntariado. Localização perfeita! Era uma delícia sair ao final do turno para uma corrida na lagoa da Conceição, ou mesmo começar o dia com o nascer do sol e prática de yoga no jardim do hostel (IG: @entranessaviagem)😍 E o café da manhã? Super completo. O trabalho na recepção era tranquilo, sempre tinha alguém para ajudar. A Sandra e o Kevin, (funcionários do hostel) são cheios de leveza e descontração, o que torna a atmosfera do hostel ainda mais agradável . Super recomendo! Gratidão ao Leo, Ana, Kevin e Sandra por me receberem.

Ilma was one of the best staff that we have ever had here in Green Haven Hostel. She was responsible for receiving guests, taking them out to do daily activities such as hiking and parties at night time. Ilma has excellent communication skills. In addition, she is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. She can work independently, she is flexible and willing to work on any task that is assigned to her. Ilma was quick to volunteer to assist in other areas of the hostel operations, as well. She would be a tremendous asset for your Hostel and has my highest recommendation.
