Beatrice and Liam were absolutely wonderful volunteers — truly a joy to host! From the moment they arrived, they brought great energy, positivity, and a strong work ethic to every task. They helped us both in the restaurant on the farm and with harvesting olives, and they did everything with enthusiasm, care, and attention to detail. In the restaurant, they were friendly and professional with guests, quick to learn new routines, and always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. During the olive harvest, they showed great teamwork, endurance, and a real appreciation for the process. Thank you!
If you are a real volunteer (not someone hunting for free food/free accommodation) for sure you will have an amazing time here! Robert is an authentic person and once you understand him and his way of life things just flow with ease! Picking olives was awesome and unique experience! The food was so good, Fatima and Amir were always ready to feed me with the best delights. I also helped in the restaurant (a lot of organizing), cleaning and recycling. And at the end of the day I was blessed with unbelievables sunsets. Do what you are here for and get what you deserve! Robert, you rock!

Bee was a wonderful volunteer to have that j wish I have more of her and for longer. She was quite supportive and very proactive and loved the hostel and its guests like her own. She is a beautiful kind person who did many things for us including setting up a cute coffee station. Bee comes highly recommended by me. Do come back more often 💙
What a pleasure been part of this beautiful project! Aparna is super flexible, has a huge warm heart (so try to enjoy this project in the best way and not just be another volunteer), is always willing to help you and clarify things of work. She will allow you to be free to explore and activate your creative side. Just do it! My days in Varkala were quiet/chill and with the company of Ancy (manager) I could understand more the local culture and live beautiful experiences! Thanks for having me, Aparna! You rock! And I can't wait to be back one day to see this project still strong and bigger! =)

Já escapei para o México, Turquia, Venezuela, Peru, Colômbia, Estados Unidos, 13 países do continente Africano mais ali na Europa e lá na Filipinas. Acho que é mais ou menos isso. I've worked on TV for a long time. I've been to Record and to some others Brazilian producers where I created content for Multishow, Endemol, GNT, TNT. I used to be freelancer at New Content, a content agency, where I used to produce content for LATAM Airline. But five years ago I decided to explore the world. Oh! And I was also receptionist in one of the hotels of Blue Tree chain, that's why I love to work in Hostels and Guesthouses.

I've travelled to Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Chile while working as a producer at TV TAM Nas Nuvens. Before that, just for hobby, I went to Portugal, Spain, Germany, France and Italy. I've been to US on the classic Disney trip when I was 15 and again few years later for an English course in Albany, NY. Cancún, Isla Margarita, Turkey, Argentina and Paraguay for tourism. The latest adventure was making a dream come true as I am doing my world trip around the world. Have been far from home for almost 2 and a half years.
