This course is very valuable, and a must-have before applying for any volunteer opportunity. It gives a complete overview of what Worldpackers is about, not only from the perspective of the volunteer, but also from the host who receives you.

The course covers important topics such as safety, responsibilities during the exchange, the skills you can develop, and how to properly apply and get accepted. It also guided me on how to set up my profile correctly so I can be seen, and it explained how to deal with unexpected situations, and what options are available.
