This is an excellent course which can help all of us learn how to properly interact with each other, whether it's someone we interact with everyday or our first time meeting. It brought back memories of my experiences of communicating with people over the years and reminded of things that I had to learn myself and taught additional ways that you may have know but never paid too much attention to when communicating with other. It's a great crash course on communication and how to be respectful of others feelings, message, and culture.
