Each country has its own culture, and it's important to understand and learn about these differences before making any assumptions that could lead to negative outcomes. I found the videos extremely helpful and enjoyed watching them.

I think it's important to learn how to use non-violent communication in any circumstance, but it's especially good to have when going to a different country because of language barriers and different cultural norms. The instructor was very thorough and clear in her explanations and I learned a lot!
