I’ve been watching videos and doing a bit of self-study around interpersonal communication and personal development—especially in the context of working abroad. I’m learning how important self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and reading social cues are when working in a shared space like a hostel. It’s helping me become more intentional with how I show up, how I communicate with others, and how I can create positive, respectful connections—whether I’m helping guests or collaborating with a team.
