Amazing person!! Smiling all the time and trying to help as much as possible!! Samuel understood the requirements of our project, and he took extra initiative in not only making videos or pictures, but he also took classes for the kids, not just at our slum center but also at our free-of-cost school for underprivileged kids. Thanks, Samuel, for your energy and all the work you have done for the kids. Después de dos semanas que se han hecho muy cortas, un montón de sonrisas y momentos increibles puedo decir que ha sido una experiencia 10/10. El alojamiento es perfecto, lo compañia de voluntarios y organizadores cercana y sincera y los niños y niñas con los que tuve la oportunidad de trabajar y aprender son un amor. Gracias por esta experiencia que nunca olvidaré. 🫶

Larrea has been a great help to all of us. He was always ready to help us with the guests, the hostel, and the cooking. His skills for socializing were amazing and he was always in a good mood which kept a nice environment in the hostel.
El hostel esta muy bien equipado, los voluntarios tenemos nuestros propios espacio y las zonas comunes son muy amplias. Las tareas son sencillas y trabajar en el hostel es un placer. El grupo de voluntários es muy buena onda y me integre muy rápido. La experiencia ha sido increíble, si vuelvo al hostel, sin dudarlo ni un segundo, vendré al hostel. Agradecido por la oportunidad y el aprendizaje.

Samuel ha sido una verdadera sorpresa. Comprensivo, atento y agradecido ha sido siempre disponible para ayudar en cualquier aspecto. Recomiendo al 100% compartir con el y con su lindo espíritu aventurero. Espero volver a verlo pronto por aquí.
El proyeto es el lugar ideal para personas con ganas de formar parte de un proyecto alternativo, podrás desconectar del ruido y el estrés de las ciudades y conectarás con la naturaleza y la vida rural. La casa está muy bien dotada de todos los servicios, la única pega es que el agua no es infinita, hay que ser responsable a la hora de usarla, lo cual te enseña a valorarla mas. Hay comida y agua bebible a disposición de los voluntarios pero también ellos deben aportar ambas cosas para el consumo de todos en la casa y compatir. Massimo es un buen hombre con un gran proyecto entre manos.

I lived and spent 5 years in Dublin, Lisbon, Barcelona and Whistler.
I did a volunteer in Plasencia, Extremadura in the summer of 2015 collaborating with PLACEAT doing activities with disabled peolple.
