I liked that she was able to bring points that sometimes are over shadowed by the fun of traveling - the fact to dress appropriately to the place you are visiting and culture appropriate and another point which travelling solo I most observe is of being a woman of colour, how different people warmup or accept that we are all different and still human!!

I thought it would be about solo travelling in context of the volunteering activity, but it was about just taking a trip alone, and I've done it enough times to know how to do. Also, the lessons were too long and not very informative - listened on x1.5 speed and missed nothing... It is only for very young and very inexperienced people.
