An overview on the Worldpacker's platform. Going into certain services that they employ, such as a multi-lingual support and the "lifeguard" system. How they expect both hosts and travelers to conduct themselves, either online, through review feedbacks, or through keeping messages in-platform to avoid any problems, as well as in person, with things such as keeping an empathetic approach to others and being cordial and responsible about the deals you've agreed upon. To put it simply, a good introduction to the platform and a good reminder to treat others as one would like to be treated.

It was really easy to understand the whole concept of the organization. Meg is really communicative person and I understood every word that she has said. It was really relaxed and warm way to introduce the organization and their work to me.

I thought the basics discussed were very thorough and useful. However there were two areas that could use improvement, that have less to do with the content and more to do with the platform:

1) At multiple times the speaker mentioned putting links in the video's description, but as far as I could tell, these were nowhere to be found!
2) Subtitles would be greatly helpful, for non-native speakers as well as when viewing in a noisy environment/ when on the go.
