The course was very useful. It made me feel more confident about using world packers and what to look for in a host to not only get the best experience but give the best experience for you and the host. It was helpful to hear about how the program works and the saftey measures that go into it.

Many of your videos contain repetitive information. If you created more videos and broke the content into smaller segments, travelers could focus on topics without restarting an entire video when they step away.

You could make individual videos on topics such as "App Navigation," "Types of Hostels," and "Conflict Resolution." Shorter sections would help travelers and hosts refresh their knowledge more effectively. Your team could use specific videos as a "refresher course" after negative experiences.
