I love how the course is fun, light, and engaging! To improve it and get the attention of all learners, we know that each people have different ways on how they learn, so a video with the option of Caption in the settings for reading/writing learners, there's already a few notes and highlights shown in the video but it will be more effective to add more for visual learners. That's all I can suggest for now to improve this, but overall, this is a great video course!

I would say that this course taught me a lot about how to communicate effectively with hosts and how to write honest and objective reviews. I’ve learned how reviews can help improve the experience for both hosts and future travellers. It’s amazing to see how this basic structure actually carries a deeper meaning, creating connections between people from different backgrounds and cultures.
