Loved the course — its sequencing was clear and left me confident that I know how to be a good woodpecker. One suggestion for the designers: reduce the friction in earning the certificate. I had to rewatch the videos several times before the system recognized completion, which slightly detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Overall, though, it was an excellent training — thank you.

This is definitely a good course to watch if you know nothing. I would say it’s more on the basics and key concepts of the whole program. Would recommend watching for more insight and directs you to other video courses to watch that go into more detail on certain topics.
