For someone who’s never done volunteering travel before it was really helpful and reassuring. Worldpackers is a safe app to start doing something like that because it provides you with safety and guidance through all the experience. The video will help you understand what are your responsibilities and the responsibilities of the host as well which is very important to understand, to have a nice flow and enjoy your time there. Furthermore if something goes wrong, they can help you clear up things which can be very stressful to do it on your own, especially if it is your first time!
