No curso da AuPair Exchange, aprendi como oferecer um cuidado seguro, respeitoso e afetuoso pras crianças, além de entender melhor o papel de uma au pair dentro de uma família. Estudei primeiros socorros, alimentação infantil, fases do desenvolvimento, criação de rotinas saudáveis, atividades educativas e como lidar com desafios como birras ou adaptação. Também aprendi sobre choque cultural, convivência internacional e a importância da comunicação clara com os hosts. Saí do curso me sentindo muito mais preparada pra viver essa experiência com maturidade, empatia e responsabilidade.
