Bro I just finished this short course on Worldpackers called How to Become a Good Workpacker — it's actually really helpful, especially if you're new to the whole travel-and-volunteer thing. It teaches you how to find good hosts, avoid scams, and make your profile stronger so you actually get accepted. It’s not too long, around 45 minutes total, and they give you a certificate at the end too. I think if you’re planning to travel cheap and stay for free while helping out somewhere, this is a solid first step. Plus, it kind of gave me the confidence that I can actually do this.
