Megan explained the benefits, the problem and solutions, how to be respectfully in conversation or just being awareness to it. It's really easy to follow and she explains it's in a tone and understanding that everyone would be able to understand.

The course gives information about what to expect, how to travel safely and basic concepts about choosing hosts and communicating effectively with them even when we encounter unexpected situations.

There were spelling mistakes that made it seem not as professional as hoped.
Also it was very repetitive in many parts.
I didn't get questions answered in a short simple way, that would have been more useful.
It was probably only relevant for younger people who had no experience or idea about travelling or in this kind of staying with others schemes. Those who had never left home or parents before.
Not sure why I was sent to do this session, as I am only hosting (an experience host in many ways).
That said, I am sure those stated above found it useful.
