This course made me aware of some of the challenges and benefits of being a solo female traveller that I would’ve never considered prior. The course teacher has so much experience travelling, which was truly communicated through the screen, and she started travelling at a young age like me, which gives me so much confidence in what she is saying. She was also very open when discussing her first international trip to Jamaica where her family is from which also inspired me as I want to travel to Ghana when my family is from.
