I didn't like the course. It seemed to emphasize a form of exploitation, especially with ideas like "being part of the family" or "being there for whatever comes your way." To me, it feels like a way to take advantage of people living on-site, essentially expecting them to meet endless demands. As a Brazilian, I’ve worked with many people in similar situations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
