Even though the video was in Portuguese, with subtitles the message is very clear and everything was very well explained. And the end of the course I had no questions left as everything was already answered. What I liked was that the guy was very understanding and gave me reassurance that I can work in a hostel. He said the most important thing was bringing happiness and willingness to help and learn.
