Except hearing that no experience is required, I did not hear anything new. I do think hostels will hold in account whether you have experience or not.

He also kept repeating to keep a smile on your face all the time. I understand why he values this, but to me it’s also good to hear that there is space to be real and not pretend to be a puppet.

Still very excited to experience hostel volunteering for the first time though!
