It is a very good basic knowledge on how the workflow in an hostel is. I particularly appreciated the fact that the videos touch on the host/owner expectations too, and underlining the fact that it is really a volunteer job that everyone can contribute to with different skills. Thanks
I found some topics a bit "obvious" but I do recognize that hearing them is always a good reminder
