The course was short but super helpful! It gave me a clear idea of what to expect when volunteering at a hostel. From communication tips and daily tasks to how to be respectful and adaptable in a shared space. I really liked how practical the videos were and how they focused on creating a good atmosphere for both guests and the team. It definitely made me feel more prepared and excited to start this experience!
