Since there are many hostel position on Worldpackers i really recommend this course, it will be extremely helpful, especially if you are planning on visiting countries with a pretty different cultural standard than yours!

The video was very practical because it is from a host in a hostel and he explains very clearly what is expected of the attitude of volunteers in a hostel, such as being proactive, having a good attitude and above all being happy helping in the hostel because in the end the team becomes a family!:)
