Even though I did not speak the language of the instructor, the subtitles were more than capable of getting the message across! This video eased my fears about volunteering at a hostel for the first time. I have learnt that even though I am lacking practical experience, mindset is most important, which I am willing to bring to a volunteer opportunity!
