A good course about trip planning and how to overcome first-time fears. May not apply to experienced travellers, but first-time volunteers should watch it. I like the pace and authenticity of the narrator. She does not rush, and it feels like we are talking with her, so a great job at that. I did think that some parts of the videos could be shortened, but compared to other videos and courses, it is well narrated.

These videos are great, especially if you are wondering how the social scene might be and how to immerse yourself so you get the best experience. She gives tips about meeting people and is very reassuring of the support that you will find in others. She encourages you to get involved but also notes the importance of taking time to explore on your own. What I took away most was excitement at meeting and making friends all over the world and how much of a true community Worldpackers is.
