The first half was OK, even though the translation is lacking, and it's hard to concentrate on the content when you're trying to understand what they mean.
The second half was not as good, the presenter seems confused, as if she forgets what's the message she's trying to convey mid sentence, and just adds random words. It's hard to try and fish bits of information in the sea of redundant words and repetitions.
Overall, I think the info is a bit obvious, and not as important as may sound from the title.
