The three biggest cities in Ireland are Galway, Cork and the capital Dublin. The weather in Ireland is not very friendly, but it’s part of the charm. The best time to visit is in April, May, and June, even though there are never any promises when it comes to Irish weather. A Schengen visa or UK visa is not valid for traveling to Ireland. If you're a citizen of a non-EEA country you will be subject to immigration control. However, U.S. citizens can enter visa-free for tourism or business stays of up to 90 days.
You finally let go of other people's influence when you travel solo
Why did I decide to take a gap year abroad?
The Guinness Storehouse is Dublin's most visited attraction, offering an immersive brand experience & rooftop bar to have one of the world’s greatest beers. Ireland is also a fantastic destination for nature lovers. At a height of 688 m above the Atlantic Ocean, Croaghaun is home to the second highest cliffs in Europe. The Ring of Kerry is a scenic drive over coastal landscapes and rural seaside villages. Phoenix Park in Dublin is the third largest walled city parks in the E.U. The Blarney Castle offers a medieval experience close to Cork. Ireland is most known for St. Patrick’s celebrations, which you can enjoy at Temple Bar, in Dublin!
