Our program in Arusha gives travelers the chance to experience authentic Tanzanian life while supporting small community projects. You’ll stay in a welcoming local home, connect with people from different cultures, and take part in activities that make a real impact like helping with community work, assisting local families, or joining cultural exchange programs.

During your free time, you can explore Arusha’s beautiful surroundings from waterfalls and local markets to the view of Mount Meru and nearby national parks. It’s a great opportunity to learn, share, and grow while enjoying warm hospitality and a relaxed environment.

Atividades & Turnos

Volunteers help with community activities such as:
Sharing language and cultural experiences
Participating in small environmental or creative projects
Cooking
Teaching Languages
20 hours per week, 2 days off to explore the city and nearby nature

2. Cleanliness – Keep your room and shared spaces tidy. Everyone helps keep the home clean and comfortable.
3. Safety First – Let the host know if you plan to go out for trips or late-night activities.
